• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Pre-paid packages or sessions must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
• In case of no-shows, cancellations beyond the allowed time, or discontinuation of services by the client, no refund or adjustment will be provided.
